He is a politician and American lawyer who is the U.S. Rep for Maryland's Eighth congressional district. Professor of law was chief prosecutor during Trump's second impeachment trial. Rep. Jamie Raskin will not run for the vacant Senate seat in Maryland. Instead, he is planning to run for reelection one of the members of the House. It is his goal to become the chairman of his position on the House Oversight and Accountability Committee.
